Peanut Butter/Chocolate Protein Bars
8 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup quick cook oats
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons honey
½ cup skim milk
Mix the above ingredients really well and spread in a Pam sprayed glass baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed nuts (I used almonds). Refrigerate or freeze for a couple of hours. So simple and soooo yummy. Enjoy my friends!
